100 calorie Yogurt Parfait


We all love that one Parfait from Mc Donald's. Here is a quick and healthier alternative:


128g Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt (75 cals)

30g Blueberries (17 cals)

2g Quaker Oats Oatmeal (8 cals)



1. Put the yogurt in a bowl.

2. Mash 2 or 3 blueberries and mix with the yogurt. Taste, and if not sweet enough, you can add sugar or Zero calorie artificial sweeteners like Truvia or Equal.

3. Top with the rest of the blueberries and oatmeal.

4. Enjoy!


If it is too runny or too thick for your liking, play around with the ingredient weights until you find the perfect combination.


***You can add any fruit, nuts, and seeds, just make sure to account for the extra calories :)

Oh this recipe seems too yummy and very easy to make and the good thing is it's full of nutrients, actually, I take dry nuts to stay healthy and active I get them from https://www.couponcodify.com/view/braga-organic-farms but after seeing your recipe I am thinking to make it.
