Serves 4
Ingredients:
3 cups water
1 pound Tyson chicken tenderloins or chicken breasts
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon Lawry's® Garlic Salt
1/2 tablespoon Salt
1 cup/8oz Oil (canola/vegetable)
12 Corn Tortillas
Instructions:
1. Add water to pot and boil
2. Add chicken and seasonings and set on medium-high heat
3. Fry the tortillas and set on a napkin to dry.
4. Shred Chicken once fully cooked and top tostada.
